Our team had the incredible honor of being part of the opening conference for the Sustain Circuit project on October 26th, held at the Northern University Center Library in Baia Mare. The event brought together professionals and enthusiasts from the fields of management, entrepreneurship, digitalization, and the circular economy. Representing CSR Innovative Solutions, Diyana Todorova, our dedicated project manager with a special focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and resource management, took the stage to share her expertise and to present Sustainability Success in Norway: Best Practices and Community Planning for a Bright Future.
Diyana’s professional journey has been enriched by a multitude of projects, each delving into the complexities of efficient resource management, waste recycling, circular economy, and conservation. At the conference, she passionately presented insights aimed at promoting sustainable, environmentally friendly, and economically viable practices within a diverse range of industries.
Sustain Circuit, a project financed through grants from Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway under the SEE financial mechanism 2014-2021 and the Norwegian financial mechanism 2014-2021, is dedicated to fostering sustainability among small and medium-sized businesses in northwest Romania. This initiative, part of the “SME Development Program in Romania” and “SOME Development Program in Romania,” also focuses on developing digital tools to boost competitiveness among entrepreneurs.
But the excitement didn’t stop there! After the conference and Diyana’s impactful presentation, our team extended their stay in Baia Mare for an extra two days. Together with our project partners, we had the pleasure of visiting some incredible organizations:
This immersive experience allowed us to not only contribute to the Sustain Circuit project but also gain valuable insights from inspiring organizations dedicated to sustainable practices. A heartfelt thanks to our incredible partners who hosted and organized the conference and the fantastic visit of the companies: EASI European Association for Social Innovation, CCF – Centrul de Cercetare si Formare a Universitatii de Nord Baia Mare. The experience was nothing short of amazing, thanks to your dedication and hard work. We’re truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of this journey and can’t wait to see the positive impact it brings to businesses in northwest Romania. #SustainCircuit#CSRInnovativeSolutions#SustainabilityAdventure#Gratitude
